This information for delivery and returns relates to our online shop only. Any orders placed directly with the team will be managed in-house.
The delivery speeds we quote are for most areas of the UK. As our products are made to order, delivery can take up to 4 weeks from the order being placed to receiving your products. Your order will be sent via courier and tracking will be available once the item has been dispatched. Please ensure that the shipping address that you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Postage costs will be incurred per item or per pallet depending on the number of items ordered. However, some items may incur an additional charge for certain delivery postcodes including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. You may be contacted for additional payment should these charges apply to your order. For items to be posted outside the UK please contact the team for a delivery quote here.
All of our planters are made to order, bespoke products. Unfortunately, made to order or bespoke items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed.
Please note that our wooden planters are produced from naturally occurring timber. As a result the colour may vary within batches subject to when and where the timber was sourced. We therefore are unable to guarantee that colour will always be uniform.
Very occasionally, and despite the considerable experience of our despatch team and carriers, items can become damaged in transit. If you are asked to sign for the goods, please first inspect them to ensure that they have arrived undamaged. Once you have signed for the goods it may not be possible to later prove that the damage occurred before they came into your possession. Find out more about damaged goods in the FAQ’s below.
