Delivery & Returns

This information for delivery and returns relates to our online shop only. Any orders placed directly with the team will be managed in-house.

Delivery information

The delivery speeds we quote are for most areas of the UK. As our products are made to order, delivery can take up to 4 weeks from the order being placed to receiving your products. Your order will be sent via courier and tracking will be available once the item has been dispatched. Please ensure that the shipping address that you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Postage costs will be incurred per item or per pallet depending on the number of items ordered. However, some items may incur an additional charge for certain delivery postcodes including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. You may be contacted for additional payment should these charges apply to your order. For items to be posted outside the UK please contact the team for a delivery quote here.

Returns information

All of our planters are made to order, bespoke products. Unfortunately, made to order or bespoke items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed.

Please note that our wooden planters are produced from naturally occurring timber. As a result the colour may vary within batches subject to when and where the timber was sourced. We therefore are unable to guarantee that colour will always be uniform.

Very occasionally, and despite the considerable experience of our despatch team and carriers, items can become damaged in transit. If you are asked to sign for the goods, please first inspect them to ensure that they have arrived undamaged. Once you have signed for the goods it may not be possible to later prove that the damage occurred before they came into your possession. Find out more about damaged goods in the FAQ’s below.

Delivery & Returns FAQ's

Access difficulties
Orders may be delivered on a lorry. If your premises have any access problems for large vehicles, please contact us to discuss delivery.
Shortages - did everything arrive?
If you've ordered more than one item, please thoroughly check the contents of your delivery and associated packaging to compare it with our packing note to ensure that all goods have arrived. You must notify us by email or phone within 24 hours if something hasn't arrived. Note that if you've ordered more than one item, we may send by separate carriers.
Damaged items
Very occasionally, and despite the considerable experience of our despatch team and carriers, items can become damaged in transit. If you are asked to sign for the goods, please first inspect them to ensure that they have arrived undamaged. Once you have signed for the goods it may not be possible to later prove that the damage occurred before they came into your possession. Damages correctly notified will be replaced free of charge. However, if you choose to cancel the order at that point rather than accept a free replacement, you must return the goods to us at your expense.
