Plantscape prepares its largest and farthest-reaching shipment yet, with over 2100 items ready for export to Baku, Azerbaijan.
The order ranges from small items like hanging baskets to 600 more substantial barrier planters, flower towers and more. Having been shown Plantscape’s full range during the enquiry process, the client was so impressed that they decided to mass import nearly a full range of catalogue items for a project in Baku city, with an order of £225,000.
Tim Troman, Relationships Manager at Plantscape, said: “Greengarden Is working with the Baku government to rebuild a new city within the Baku area, this project has been ongoing for a number of years and is coming to completion.
The Plantscape feature they particularly liked was the integrated water reservoir which minimises the need for daily watering even in hotter climates.
At present the Plantscape warehouse is bursting with planters being processed ready for collection over the next few weeks.
This is a real coup for Plantscape in the drive for expanding our export offering and is the largest order the company has ever completed in its history with potential for more cities in Azerbaijan to follow.
