Survey shows 90% of Plantscape customers are delighted with service

A survey of councils and BIDs UK wide shows that 90% of Plantscape customers believe the service provided is ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ – with the same percentage vowing they will use Plantscape again.

The survey asked questions about Plantscape’s understanding of customers’ needs, installation and delivery, satisfaction and likelihood of repeat business – with 70% giving the company an ‘excellent’ score in the satisfaction category and a further 20% saying it is ‘good.’ Nine out of ten said they will use Plantscape services in the future.

And the amazing volume of In Bloom successes Plantscape’s towns have been celebrating this summer shows it’s not just customers who are happy – but floral judges, residents and passers-by too!

Comments about the Plantscape displays have included ‘stunning’, ‘the best barrier baskets in Yorkshire’ and ‘the very best hanging baskets we’ve ever had.’
