By entering the competition, it is considered that the entrant has accepted the terms and conditions detailed below.

• Open to UK  Mainland Local Authorities, Councils, Private Businesses only.
• A maximum of one entry per organisation or business
• By submitting this form, you understand that Plantscape / idverde will contact you if you are the
  competition winner.

• Must be 18 years or older to enter.

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platform.

• Competition entry emails must include the organisation or company name and a contact name, email and number along with the competition entry attached.

• Plantscape and idverde reserve the right to choose the winner

• If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Plantscape and idverde reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

• We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

• All entries agree to Plantscape and idverde sharing your entry on social media, on our website, in emails with name.

• Plantscape and idverde reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

• Plantscape and idverde reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the prize may be withheld until and unless Plantscape and idverde are satisfied with the verification.
