Performance Campus

Performance Campus

We are proud advocates in supporting our people in their development, through the idverde Performance Campus. We have a suite of interventions and sponsorship programmes, ranging from apprenticeships, informal coaching and mentoring, line manager training on topics including Absence Management, professional qualifications such as ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management), and bespoke management development programmes for managers at all stages in their careers. This develops and strengthens the capability of our people within the business.
